Another Reminder of CF
" Another reminder of CF "
Each day I awake and wait to hear loud reminders of my imperfections, call
them weaknesses, background noise of the soul. What failure will I tune in
on today? No station breaks to sooth the monotony of this search for self
worth.
Madness often wins out when strengths of my past seem out of reach no
matter how feverish the attempt to grasp just one of many talents others
remind me of. I can only see them as expired dreams.
Where has my confidence gone? Lost for so long in a spiral of self
decline. Now I have landed somewhere below. As I look up I see smooth
dimly lit walls of a round room where for now; the walls are too tall to
peer over.
